• By purchasing the 4-pack of tickets, you agree to pay the full price as stated at the time of purchase.

• The purchase of the 4-pack is non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in the cancellation policy below.

2. Booking and Reservation

• Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and code within 24 hours, with instructions on how to book your desired class date and time.

• The 4-pack of tickets must be used for a single class session and cannot be split across multiple sessions.

• All bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend booking your class as soon as possible to secure your preferred date and time.

3. Validity

• The 4-pack of tickets is valid for one year from the date of purchase. All four tickets must be redeemed within this period.

• Unused tickets after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled class will be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

• In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will be given the option to choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.

5. Class Participation

• The 4-pack of tickets includes participation for four individuals in the same class session.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the class.

• Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by the chef and/or class instructor.
